RetentionPros recognizes the value and importance of building and properly maintaining customer databases for automotive dealerships. To this end we offer services to process, merge, purge, and/or edit, as requested by our dealer clients, list data with the dealer’s in-house customer database. We acknowledge the extreme importance and the proprietary nature of these dealer databases.

We agree that all customer data provided by our dealer-clients, by any means and in any medium, electronic or otherwise, remains the exclusive property of our dealer-clients. We agree not to distribute, share, or sell this data in any way, either in its original form or as part of any list processing prepared by us, or cause any third party to do so, except for purposes specifically requested by our dealer-clients for the production and/or management of communication and/or marketing services performed by RetentionPros for our clients.
RetentionPros is committed to diligently and effectively protecting the proprietary information contained in the databases of its dealer-clients, as well as the privacy of their customers’ information when using such information to promote communication between the dealer-client and their customers. A business-to-business Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement is executed by a corporate officer of RetentionPros and provided to our clients before any data transfer is initiated. Also before data transfer, the required FTC Public Safeguards Agreement is signed by a corporate officer and provided to the dealer-client to bind RetentionPros to privacy compliance.
